Credits, plans, and what happens to the brand details you give us.
One completed, successful generation request. A request that returns three creative variations — or a full Facebook ad set with hooks, primary text, headline and description — still costs exactly one credit. If a generation fails, no credit is taken.
Each platform output is a separate request. Generating a Facebook ad and then a TikTok script for the same product is two generations, so two credits. Some longer outputs, like a 60-second script plus a caption, may also be run as separate requests so each is complete rather than truncated.
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, so unused monthly credits expire. The five free credits on a new account are one-time and never renew.
