Terms of Service

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. One account per person or business; sharing logins to avoid plan limits is not allowed.

Each generation costs the number of credits shown in the tool. Credits are added once per billing cycle on paid plans, and a failed generation is refunded automatically.

Credits are a usage allowance, not money, and they do not transfer between accounts.

Generated copy is a draft produced from the information you supply. It can be wrong or off-brand, so review every result before publishing. We don't guarantee sales, reach or ad performance.

You own the drafts generated for your account. You are responsible for making sure the claims, prices and offers you supply — and publish — are accurate and permitted in your market.

Don't use ViralCart for unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, to imitate another brand, or to generate material that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.

We may improve, change or retire features, and we may update these terms — material changes are announced in the app. The service is provided as-is and can be interrupted for maintenance.
